Prior to Installation

We’ll provide on-site measuring to make sure that we provide an accurate quotation, and we’ll provide professional advice to make sure the project is completed to your specifications. Once you have reviewed our quotation for the proposed work and would like to proceed, we will require a deposit to secure your order for production and installation. At this point, we will book an appointment at your home for our professional installers to perform a final measure to make sure everything will fit perfectly.

During Installation

Here’s a step-by-step process:
1) Having measured your space beforehand, the Pollard teams arrives with your new windows.
2) We install your windows one room at a time. First, we carefully take out your old windows by removing the interior trim and exterior capping. We cut existing fasteners around the perimeter of the window to remove the old product. To ensure that the window opening are level, we then install the new windows into place with fasteners to make them safe and secure. We will insulate the perimeter from the interior side before applying your finishing trim. If needed, we will cap the exterior and caulk the new windows to make them watertight. Our team works quickly and carefully, and the opening is only exposed to the elements for a very short period.
3) You inspect our work and make sure that it is completed according to your expectations. You’ll only sign off on our work once you’re completely satisfied
4) We pack up and leave you to enjoy — the only sign that we were ever there will be your beautiful new windows!
