Original arch window installed 26 years  ago, lost its seal. It was a Pollard, gave them a call, they still had record of it. They ordered the glass 2 months ago and showed up yesterday. Perfect fit, installed professionally and quick. Definitely would call them again.

Staff arrived right on time to repair window. Staff were professional, efficient and the window now functions as new.

I have received excellent customer service via email, quick to respond, and in person at the Display Centre.
I had ordered the incorrect length of the single arm roto gear and handles.  Pollard did a straight exchange at no cost to me.
